Valve block V107

The valve block has an open circuit.

• Faulty harness-to-harness connector or cable harness to the EGR valve in the valve block.

• Faulty EGR valve in the valve block.

The exhaust brake is not working; the exhaust brake valve is fully open.

Functions which use the exhaust brake are not working either, e.g. the white smoke limiter.

1. Check the connectors and cable harness to the valve block.

2. Check the valve block.
