Fault code:

Misfiring in cylinder 4

Cylinder 4 is not delivering any torque.

The fault can be due to any of the following:

• No spark.

• Fuel is difficult to ignite due to a lean fuel mixture.

Limp home mode is activated.

The engine needs to be restarted to regain full torque.

1. Check whether the engine was running under high or low load the last time the fault code was activated, see Further information.

2. Run Checking misfiring.
