The voltage in the circuit has been outside the permitted range.

Open circuit or short circuit in the solenoid valve circuit for the wastegate.

The maximum engine torque is reduced by about 30% as long as the fault is active.

Check the circuit components, harness-to-harness connectors and electrical cables.
