The voltage in the circuit has been outside the permitted range.

Open circuit or short circuit to +24V in the solenoid valve circuit for the fan.

The fan cannot be controlled. The fault can result in unintentional activation of the fan. The temperature in the engine can be affected.

Check the circuit components, harness-to-harness connectors and electrical cables.
