Cooling fan for auxiliary cooler

The voltage in the circuit has been outside the permitted range.

Short circuit to battery voltage in the circuit for the auxiliary cooler fan.

If the fan is hydraulically driven, it cannot be switched off.

If the fan is electrically driven, it will not work at all.

Check the fan solenoid valve along with the circuit harness-to-harness connectors and electrical cables.
