Cooling fan for auxiliary cooler

The voltage in the circuit has been outside the permitted range.

Short circuit to ground in the auxiliary cooler fan circuit.

If the cooling fan is electrically controlled (T123), it cannot be switched off.

If the cooling fan is hydraulically controlled (V119), it will not work at all.

Check the fan solenoid valve along with the circuit harness-to-harness connectors and electrical cables.
